Grant Stuart Gardner is known as the Realtor who

He has a business background in sales and has served as a Commissioner
for the City of North Vancouver Planning Commission and as Chairman
of the North Vancouver Heritage Commission.
Grant has received the “Heritage Awareness Achievement Award”
by both the City and District of North Vancouver and has long been
recognized as one of North Vancouver's leading experts of heritage
buildings and a keen advocate of their preservation.
Grant loves heritage buildings. His favorite sports
are skiing, hiking and windsurfing and he loves to visit world heritage
sites with his wife and daughters.
His sellers list with him because of his friendly reputation, professional
market knowledge and consistent results in real estate sales.
